CWS began a contract with Spire Realty Group, Inc. in 2003 for wood beauty maintenance at Bryan Tower in Dallas.

The contract included quarterly maintenance of elevator interiors and fronts, lobby panels on the first and second floors, and the security console.

In addition, CWS performed an on-site refinishing of two mahogany work surfaces at the main lobby security console.
